Orders and Payment
How do I place an order?
Add your products to the cart, click "Order", fill in your delivery information, and proceed with secure payment. You will receive an email confirmation within minutes of your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Shop Pay for accelerated checkout. All transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at boy@bestofyourself.co or 07.56.87.81.84. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to modify or cancel it. After this period, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is automatically sent by email after your order is confirmed, and a paper copy is also included with your order.
I have a promo code, how do I use it?
Enter your code in the designated field during checkout, before confirming your order. Only one promo code can be applied per order.
Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metropolitan France to home: 24h–48h working days (Colissimo)
- Metropolitan France to relay point: 24h–72h working days (Mondial Relay)
- Europe Zone 1 (BE, DE, LU, NL): 3 to 5 working days
- Europe Zone 2 (AT, ES, IT, PT): 4 to 7 working days
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free for purchases of €89 or more, regardless of your delivery zone (France and Europe). Below this threshold, shipping costs apply based on the weight of your order.
Do you deliver outside of Europe?
Currently, we only deliver to mainland France and 8 European countries (Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal). Other destinations will be added soon.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier. You can also track your order from your customer account.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
In case of a damaged package, make reservations with the carrier upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at boy@bestofyourself.co with your order number and photos. In case of a lost package, contact us, and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 calendar days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Consumer Code (art. L. 221-18).
What products cannot be returned?
For reasons of hygiene and health safety, any opened food supplement or one whose safety seal has been broken cannot be returned. This exception is provided for by article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code.
How do I make a return?
Contact us at boy@bestofyourself.co to initiate your return. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, to the address: 2 rue Doncaster, 69760 Limonest, France. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective product.
When will I be refunded?
The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product, to your original payment method.
Products and Safety
Are your food supplements safe?
All our products comply with French and European regulations, particularly Decree n° 2006-352 relating to food supplements and Regulation (EC) n° 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims. They are manufactured in certified facilities with rigorous quality controls.
Where do your raw materials come from?
Our proteins and active ingredients come from premium European sources, with full traceability. Detailed information on the composition is available on each product page.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians/vegans?
Some of our products are suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets (plant-based proteins in particular). This information is clearly indicated on each product page.
How should I store my food supplements?
Store them in a dry, cool place, away from direct light and heat. Carefully re-seal the container after each use. The expiry date is indicated on each product.
What is the shelf life?
Our supplements generally have a shelf life of 18 to 24 months. The best before date (DLUO) is indicated on each package. Do not consume a product that has passed its expiry date.
Can I combine several supplements?
Most of our products are compatible with each other. However, we recommend consulting a health professional (doctor, nutritionist) before combining several supplements, especially if you are undergoing medical treatment.
Usage Tips and Warnings
How do I dose my proteins?
Follow the recommended daily doses indicated on the packaging. Generally, 1 scoop (25–30g) mixed with 250–300ml of water or plant milk, 1 to 2 times a day depending on your needs. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
When should I take my supplements?
Proteins are ideal post-workout or at breakfast. Creatine can be taken at any time of the day. Vitamins and minerals are generally recommended during a meal. Consult the product pages for specific recommendations.
Are BOY supplements suitable for everyone?
Our food supplements are intended for healthy adults. They are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people under 18 years old, and people undergoing medical treatment, unless otherwise advised by a health professional. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Can food supplements replace medical treatment?
No. Food supplements are not medicines and can in no way replace prescribed medical treatment. They complement a varied and balanced diet as part of a healthy lifestyle.
I received a product whose packaging appears altered, what should I do?
Do not consume the product. Contact us immediately at boy@bestofyourself.co with photos. We will send you a replacement and report the issue to our quality team.
Customer Account and Loyalty Program
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can order as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track your orders, access your purchase history, and benefit from our loyalty program.
How does the loyalty program work?
You earn 50 points for every €10 spent. These points can be converted into discounts on your future purchases. Log in to your account to view your points balance.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on "Forgot password" on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
