Order preparation and shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any order validated and paid before 12:00 PM is processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are processed on the next working day.

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your package is taken over by the carrier.

Order tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package directly via the link provided in the email or from your customer area on our website.

Damaged or lost package

In case of a damaged package upon receipt, we invite you to make reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery and to contact us within 48 hours at boy@bestofyourself.co with supporting photos.

In case of a lost package, contact us at the same address. We will open an investigation with the carrier as soon as possible. In accordance with Article L. 216-4 of the Consumer Code, the risks related to transport are our responsibility until actual delivery.

Specific conditions for food supplements

Our products are carefully packaged to guarantee their integrity during transport. In case of doubt about the condition of a product upon receipt (unsealed packaging, altered product), do not consume it and contact us immediately at boy@bestofyourself.co.
