Order Preparation and Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any order confirmed and paid before 12:00 PM is processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are processed on the next working day.
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your package is taken over by the carrier.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email upon shipment of your order. You can track your package directly via the link provided in the email or from your customer account on our website.
Damaged or Lost Package
In case of a damaged package upon receipt, we invite you to make reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours at boy@bestofyourself.co with supporting photos.
In case of a lost package, contact us at the same address. We will open an investigation with the carrier as soon as possible. In accordance with Article L. 216-4 of the Consumer Code, the risks associated with transport are our responsibility until actual delivery.
Specific Conditions for Food Supplements
Our products are carefully packaged to ensure their integrity during transport. If you have any doubts about the condition of a product upon receipt (unsealed packaging, altered product), do not consume it and contact us immediately at boy@bestofyourself.co.

How to make a return:
1/ Declare your intention to return a product
You have 14 days from your order to notify us that the product is not suitable.
2/ Receive your label by email to stick on your return package.
Following your request, our after-sales service team will send you by email within 2 working days your prepaid return label to print and stick on your package.
3/ Preparing your return package
- Choose a standard Post Office box, or reuse the box in which your products arrived.
- Place the products you wish to return inside the package in their original packaging.
- Close your package carefully to prevent any opening during transport.
- Stick the prepaid return label on the package on a clearly visible side.
- Go to a Post Office or another Colissimo pick-up point to drop off your return package.
4/ Refund for your product
Upon receipt of the return package, our after-sales service team will process the full refund of the product (excluding shipping costs) within 24 hours, directly to your bank card or PayPal account depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
