Products eligible for returns: only products from the Fashion category are eligible for return

How to make a return:

1/ Signal your intention to return a product
You have 15 days from your order to notify us that your product is not suitable.
To do this, go to the Contact Us page (under "Customer Service")

2/ Receive your return label by email to stick on your return parcel.
Following your request, our After-Sales Service team will send you your pre-paid return label by email within 2 working days, which you can print and stick on your parcel.

3/ Preparing your return parcel
- Choose a standard La Poste box, or reuse the box in which your products were delivered.
- Place the products you wish to return inside the parcel in their original packaging
- Close your parcel carefully to prevent any opening during transport
- Stick the pre-paid return label on a clearly visible side of the parcel.
- Go to a Post Office or another Colissimo relay point to drop off your return parcel

4/ Product refund
Upon receipt of the return parcel, our After-Sales Service team will issue a full refund for the product (excluding shipping costs) within 24 hours, directly to your bank card or PayPal account, depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

5/ Returnable cold accumulators
For your parcel shipments with cold accumulators, you have the option of returning your cold accumulators to us from 15 units received.
To do this, go to the Contact Us page (under "Customer Service")
Following your request, you will receive a pre-paid return label so you can return the cold accumulators by dropping the parcel at the post office or relay point of your choice!
