Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate is a powdered food supplement based on creatine monohydrate in the certified Creapure® form, produced in Germany by AlzChem. Packaged in a 500 g pouch, it provides approximately 100 days of supplementation at a rate of 5 g per day.

Role of creatine

Creatine is a nitrogenous compound naturally synthesized by the body. It participates in the resynthesis of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the main energy molecule used during short and intense efforts. Creatine contributes to an increase in physical performance during successive bursts of high-intensity exercise (authorized claim EC N°432/2012, for a daily intake of 3 g).

Instructions for use

Dissolve 5g (approx. 1 level teaspoon) in 200–300ml of water or a drink, preferably around your workout. Adequate hydration is recommended throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is a food supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Duration of use

The 500g pouch corresponds to approximately 100 days of use at a rate of 5g per day.
