Usage

Association between food supplements
We recommend taking your Musclewhey with carbohydrates (maltodextrin, dextrose, cluster dextrin, oat flakes, cream of rice). Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after very intense and/or prolonged physical effort causing muscle fatigue and a decrease in glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.
